This landmark masterclass will take place at the iconic Allianz Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby, on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd September 2025.This is a rare opportunity to learn from Stephen Bird, one of the world’s most renowned sonographers, Stephen brings over 30 years of clinical experience in both musculoskeletal and general ultrasound. His profound anatomical knowledge, exceptional understanding of pathology, and unparalleled ability to correlate pathology on ultrasound make his teachings invaluable. This masterclass promises to be an unmissable event for ultrasound professionals.

Each anatomical region will be covered in depth, with comprehensive anatomical detail. Pathological examples will be used to bring clinical context to the teaching, alongside a discussion of common pitfalls in both diagnosis and scanning. About Stephen Bird:

Stephen Bird is a highly experienced sonographer based in Adelaide, Australia, with over three decades of clinical practice. He holds both General and Vascular Diplomas of Medical Ultrasound (DMU) and a Master of Medical Sonography from the University of South Australia. Stephen is an Honorary Fellow of the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM) and a Life Member of the Australasian Sonographers Association (ASA) . ASUM is the peak body promoting ultrasound excellence in Australia and New Zealand, while the ASA is the national peak body for the sonography profession in Australia. Stephen is a passionate educator, regularly presenting at national and international conferences and conducting workshops for diagnostic ultrasound professionals.
